I have updated device drivers for the monitors - both using current drivers, did not change the issue. Rebooting the graphics connection using WINDOWS KEY + CTRL + SHIFT + B fixes the issue. The Problem: Every time windows goes to sleep, upon wakeup one screen (always monitor 3) will be dark. I have worked through some of the standard support - all updates are in place. I have checked and switched cables, that does not fix anything. (this setup was working fine with my Surface Pro 4 for several years.) I have a Surface dock and two monitors, both Dell analog flat screens. I have the Intel Core i5 processor, which specs say should be able to handle multiple monitors no problem. I just got a Surface Pro 7, running Windows 10 Home 1909
